如何在沒有網際網路時使用 Chromebook

Chrome 線上應用程式商店包含了實用的離線應用程式（請參閱第 14

頁的從 Chrome 線上應用程式商店安裝應用程式）。您可以勾選可在離

線狀態下執行以篩選應用程式搜尋。沒有網際網路連線的時候，這些應

用程式能讓您繼續工作與娛樂。預先安裝的選項敘述如下。

Gmail 離線版

1. 按下鍵盤上的搜尋鍵，或選取啟動器圖示。

2. 選取所有應用程式（或輸入「Gmail 離線版」）。

3. 選取 Gmail 離線版圖示。

4. 如常使用您喜愛的應用程式。下次您登入網際網路時，程式會更新並

傳送您的電子郵件。

Google 雲端硬碟

1. 按下鍵盤上的搜尋鍵，或選取啟動器圖示。

2. 選取所有應用程式（或輸入「Google 雲端硬碟」）。

3. 選取 Google 雲端硬碟

圖示。

4. 開啟您已建立的 Google 文件，或是如常建立文件（請參閱第 16 頁

的建立新文件）。離線圖示會顯示在檔案名稱旁，提醒您正在以

離線模式編輯文件。

5. 以想要的方式做出變更。下次上線且開啟 Google 雲端硬碟時，您的

本機變更將會上傳至 Google 雲端硬碟。

注意

第一次使用

Gmail

離線版時，您「必須」連線到網際網路，才能啟用離線檢視。

重要

離線時對目前文件做的任何變更或建立的任何文件都會儲存於本機電腦，如

果您在另一台電腦或裝置上從 Google 雲端硬碟開啟文件，您將看不到這些變

更的文件。只有在您下一次連線到網際網路並存取 Google 雲端硬碟時，文件

的變更才會反映在 Google 雲端硬碟線上版。
